From 2022 to 2024, I served as the Product Manager leading multiple strategic initiatives within Sem Parar Mais, with end-to-end ownership from product vision and value proposition definition to customer journey design and continuous optimization. I worked closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align customer needs, ecosystem capabilities, and revenue objectives, ensuring the credit card evolved into a scalable financial product that strengthened the automotive ecosystem and unlocked new business growth.

Sem Parar Mais is a credit card designed to meet the needs of drivers who value reliability, convenience, and an integrated automotive experience. Built on top of the Sem Parar ecosystem, the product combines a traditional credit card with services and benefits tailored specifically to car usage, such as tolls, parking, fuel, and mobility-related expenses.

From a customer perspective, Sem Parar Mais simplifies daily payments by centralizing automotive costs into a single, trusted payment instrument, reducing friction and increasing control over recurring mobility expenses. The card strengthens customer loyalty by extending Sem Parar’s value proposition beyond toll payments into a broader financial experience.

From a business perspective, the product represented a strategic expansion into financial services, creating a new and scalable revenue stream through card usage, interchange, and value-added services. At the same time, it increased ecosystem engagement, boosted retention, and positioned Sem Parar as a more comprehensive mobility and payments platform.
