Unifying Parking Payments Through a Seamless Digital Experience

As the Product Manager entrusted with defining the strategy for the parking payments portfolio, I was responsible for connecting four legacy parking payment products into a cohesive experience. The challenge was not only technical, but strategic: to create a clear product narrative, reduce fragmentation in the customer journey, and reposition parking payments as a powerful retention lever within the broader ecosystem.
To achieve this, I led the strategy to design and launch a fifth product, the eTicket. Rather than adding another standalone solution, eTicket was conceived as an interactive layer that dynamically adapted to the customer’s in-person parking experience. The product responded to different entry, stay, and exit scenarios, orchestrating the underlying legacy solutions into a single, seamless flow from the user’s perspective.
eTicket transformed a fragmented set of payment tools into a unified experience, simplifying parking for customers while increasing engagement and consistency across the portfolio. From a business standpoint, it strengthened ecosystem stickiness, improved retention, and created a scalable foundation for future parking and mobility innovations.
